As a long-time brand consultant in industrial marketing, last week I attended “Money, Matching Grants, and Manufacturing Services” in Springfield, MA, sponsored by SBANE, Small Business Association of New England, to learn that there is money available to manufacturing companies in Massachusetts.
The Massachusetts State Legislature appropriated $250,000 to SBANE for the expressed purpose of providing high-powered private consulting expertise to small- and medium-sized Massachusetts-based manufacturers undergoing a business transition. To be eligible, companies must meet the criteria used by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts that define a manufacturing corporation. That information is available by clicking here.
Grant Marketing has had the privilege of consulting with companies who were awarded this grant from the last two years, including Metamagnetics Corporation of Canton and Scientific Solutions of North Chelmsford.
